Crosby Named Jefferson Athlete of the Week

Watertown, NY— Freshman Forward, Alyson B. Crosby, of the Jefferson Community College (JCC) women’s basketball team was named JCC athlete of the week for the week ending January 13, 2018.  JCC's athlete of the week program is sponsored by Victory Promotions and Under Armour.

Alyson, a 2018 graduate of Hammond Central School, is majoring in Childhood Education at Jefferson.  Crosby’s accomplishments on the court this past week included averaging 13 points per game in the first two games back from the holiday break against Erie Community College and Fingerlakes Community College.  She also pulled down 11 rebounds, and had 5 blocks per game.  Alyson has helped lead the charge into the second semester, as the Lady Cannoneers have won their first two games back in 2019.
