Estal Named Jeferson Athlete of the Week

Watertown, NY— Freshman Golfer, Andrew L. Estal, of the Jefferson Community College (JCC) golf team was named JCC athlete of the week for the week ending April 28, 2019.  JCC's athlete of the week program is sponsored by Victory Promotions and Under Armour. 

Andrew, a 2018 graduate of South Jefferson Central School, is majoring in Hospitality and Tourism at Jefferson.  Estal’s accomplishments on the course this past week included averaging 86 strokes per contest.  He finished 6^th in the 2019 Mid State Athletic Conference Championships, hosted by Jefferson, with a score of 80. This earned Andrew an individual birth to this year’s 2019 NJCAA Region III Championships.
