Finnie Named Jefferson Athlete of the Week

Watertown, NY— Freshman Forward, Brodie T. Finnie, of the Jefferson Community College (JCC) men’s soccer team was named JCC athlete of the week for the week ending October 6, 2024. 

Brodie, a 2024 graduate of Mintlaw Academy, Scotland, is majoring in Sports Management at Jefferson.  This past week, Finnie has been leading the team from the front with 3 goals and 2 assists in their wins against Fulton Montgomery Community College and SUNY Adirondack.  Not only is Brodie’s work on the ball been impressive, but so is his leadership of the press for the team setting the tone for the match and managing to keep himself out of the referee’s book.  Brodie puts in the work and delivers results.
