Jefferson Men's Lacrosse Player McLean Named Jefferson Athlete of the Week

Watertown, NY— Freshman Midfielder, Andrew McLean, of the Jefferson Community College (JCC) men’s lacrosse team was named JCC athlete of the week for the week ending March 17, 2019.  JCC's athlete of the week program is sponsored by Victory Promotions and Under Armour.

Andrew, a 2017 graduate of Lowville Academy, is majoring in Homeland Security at Jefferson.  McLean’s accomplishments on the field this past week included leading Jefferson to a 17-7 win over ASA Brooklyn in their first game of the season.  Andrew led Jefferson with 7 goals. He also had 7 groundballs.  Andrew is a very committed and hardworking individual that will not only help him succeed on the field but in the classroom as well.
