Spivey Named Jefferson Athlete of the Week

Watertown, NY— Freshman Catcher, Nicholas A. Spivey, of the Jefferson Community College (JCC) baseball team was named JCC athlete of the week for the week ending May 4, 2025. 

Spivey, a 2024 graduate of Patterson High School, Patterson, CA is majoring in Natural Sciences at Jefferson.  This past week in 8 games Nick batted .500 with 12 total hits that included 4 doubles and a big homerun.  He also provided 6 RBI for the Cannoneers.  Looking further, Nick has an OPS of a very impressive 1.312 and batted 3 for 5 with runners in scoring position.
