Baseball Head Coach Kyle Parisi

Jefferson Names Kyle Parisi Head Baseball Coach

Watertown, NY  — Jefferson Community College is proud to announce Kyle Parisi as the new head coach of the Cannoneers baseball program. Parisi takes the helm after four seasons as an assistant coach at Jefferson, bringing with him six years of coaching experience that spans junior college, NCAA Division I, and professional baseball.

A Florida native, Parisi has built a reputation as a dynamic coach with a passion for player development and performance. During his time as an assistant under Head Coach Brandon Noble, Parisi played a vital role in the Cannoneers' success by leading the team's strength and conditioning program, hitting development, and baserunning.

"We are excited to elevate Coach Parisi to the head coaching role," said Jeffrey Wiley, Athletic Director at Jefferson Community College. "His experience across multiple levels of baseball and his deep commitment to developing student-athletes make him an outstanding leader for our program."

Parisi began his coaching career in 2020 as a Volunteer Assistant Coach at Florida State University under Mike Martin Jr., contributing to player performance and development. During his second season at FSU, the Seminoles posted a 33–10 record and earned a trip to the NCAA Regionals in Oxford, Mississippi.

In 2022, Parisi entered the professional ranks with the Los Angeles Angels organization as a video assistant coach for the Triple-A Salt Lake City Bees. There, he was instrumental in capturing player data, analyzing biomechanics, and supporting on-field coaching efforts.

His professional journey continued in 2023 when he joined the Baltimore Orioles as a performance coach in the Florida Complex League. Later that year, Parisi was promoted to the Triple-A Norfolk Tides as an assistant performance coach. Working under Buck Britton, he helped develop numerous top prospects—including Jackson Holliday and Colton Cowser—as the Tides captured the 2023 Triple-A National Championship and were named Minor League Team of the Year by Baseball America. Parisi's contributions earned him recognition as the 2023 MiLB Performance Coach of the Year by the Professional Baseball Strength and Conditioning Coaches Society.

Parisi holds a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the United States Sports University. He and his wife, Yulisa, reside with their son.
