Jefferson Men's Basketball Honor their Sophomores

Last night in their final game in a Jefferson Jersey, three sophomores were recognized for their dedication and commitment to the program and Jefferson Community College.

"First, I would like to thank these three sophomores for putting in the effort to make themselves better as players, as well as being coachable, good people.  These three young men have been model student-athletes, both on and off the court.  All three will graduate on time, with aspirations of moving on to four-year institutions, in which two of them plan to continue their basketball careers as well. " Coach Vaadi

#21 Graham Miller-Graham has been a great teammate and has seen limited action in his two years.  The great thing about Graham is that he gives 100 percent, day in and day out, and pushes his teammates to compete every day.   He would like to begin his career in law enforcement with the New York State Police.

#5 Antoine Domino-Antoine has given a lot to the program in his two years.  Antoine has been a consistent starter in his sophomore year and has had the responsibility of running the show from the point guard position.  Antoine's growth and demeanor on the court these past two years will be hard to replace.  Antoine is considering SUNY Cortland.

#33 Quincy Aubertine-Quincy has been one of the leaders for the Cannoneers the last two seasons.  Quincy has captained the team this year and led the team in scoring the past two seasons.  His ability to make shots throughout the course of the game has made him one of toughest players to defend in the Region and Conference.  .  The coaching staff and teammates will miss Quincy, not only for his ability to play basketball, but also for his ability to make everyone laugh and smile.  Quincy is contemplating offers from various schools and is considering SUNY Canton and SUNY Potsdam at this time.

"The Coach Staff wishes all three young men the very best!"
