The Cannoneers jumped all over the SUNY Broome Hornets on Saturday and cruised to a 98-62 victory. The Hornets were short-handed and played the game with only 5 players and the Cannoneers took advantage. The Cannoneers jumped out to a commanding 54-31 halftime lead and everyone saw considerable playing time in the second half. Leading the way for the Cannoneers was Scott Geathers with 20 points, followed by Shamell Ponds with 17 points, Ikechukwu Ezike Jr with 12 points/9 rebounds and Ibrahim Wally with 10 points. Isaiah Lemon would chip in with 8 points and 5 rebounds in the balanced attack for the day.
