On Saturday, the Jefferson Men's Lacrosse team hosted the visiting Monroe Community College Tribunes. At half time, the score was tied 4-4 with Jefferson getting help on the offensive end from Bryley Frederick, Joshua Deline, each with 1 goal and Tahjier Clayton scoring 2 goals. The 3rd quarted proved to be costly for the Cannoneers as Monroe came out firing 6 goals with Jefferson only scoring 2. Again the 4th quarter proved no different as Monroe scored 6 more goals defeating JCC 16-7. Tahjier would score another goal bringing his total to 3 and Drew Parker added to goals. Drew also led the team with 7 ground balls. Lukas Williams had 17 saves in goal and Dale Moore had 2.
Next up Jefferson will be traveling to Finger Lakes on Wednesday April 10th. Game time is set to start at 4:00 pm.
