Cannoneers fall to Jamestown

After coming off their first victory of the season, the Cannoneers faced an improving Jamestown team and would fall by the score of 4-1.  Jamestown would take it to the Cannoneers for most of the first half with a physical style, but only lead by the score of 1-0 at half.  In the second half, the Cannoneers would stay in the game only to see Jamestown punch one in for a 2-0 lead.  The game would remain the same until the Cannoneers found life with 10 minutes to go off a goal created by Ed Goodall and finished off by Ken Rivera-Corona to cut the lead to 2-1.  Within 3 minutes, the Jayhawks would score to deflate the Cannoneers chances and finish the game by scoring another goal for the final 4-1 count.
