The Cannoneers hosted the Lazers of Onondaga in their first conference game of the season and fell by the score of 4-1. Falling behind 2-0 early, the Cannoneers would battle back to cut the lead to 2-1 on a beautiful bicycle kick by Jeffrey Lloyd in the 26th minute and the half would end 2-1 in favor of the Lazers. The Lazers would score very early in the second half and force the Cannoneers to play catch up for the remainder of the game. The Lazers would tuck in an insurance goal late to seal the 4-1 victory over the host Cannoneers. Next up is Corning Community College at home at 3 pm this Sunday in another conference battle.
