Cannoneers Win and Secure Regional Bid!

The Cannoneers needed a win to secure a playoff spot on Wednesday and came through.  The Cannoneers would pressure the Panthers throughout the first half and would finally break the ice on a well played ball by Barry Falconer to Kaden Conners who would find the back of the net to take a 1-0 lead.  4 minutes later the Cannoneers would continue to pressure and Kaden Conners would fins the back of the net of a scramble in front of the Panthers goal to take a 2-0 lead in to halftime.

The Cannoneers would come out and pressure the Panthers in the second half, but could not find the back of the net.  The Panthers would break through by receiving a penalty kick around the 60th minute.  The Cannoneers would continue to pressure the rest of the match only to not see any results, leading to the final score of 2-1 for JCC.  The Cannoneers await seeding for the regional tournament, which will happen this Sunday.
