Jefferson Once Again Sweeps Clinton

Jefferson Baseball completed their four game sweep of the Clinton Cougars yesterday down at the Alex Duffy Fairgrounds.  In game one Christian Jorden started on the mound and Billy Newcombe finished in a combined four-hitter effort the two pitchers led Jefferson to a 7-3 win.  In game one Brandon Noble went 2 for 2 batting a runner in.

In game two Hunter Thomas hit two doubles and CJ Loomis also hit a double and had 4 RBI's leading the Cannoneers to a 13-9 win.

The Jefferson Baseball team will travel to Mohawk tomorrow and will host Mohawk on Sunday at the Alex Duffy Fairgrounds.  The first pitch on Sunday is set for 1:00 pm.
