"One of the most self-disciplined, hard working individuals I have ever coached! A true team player that put the value of the team ahead of himself. Dustin could have easily averaged more points , but chose to involve everyone on the team. Because of his team first attitude, the team became better by the end of the season and finished on a positive note. Dustin is one of those individuals that comes along rarely and will be hard to replace."
