The Cannoneer men traveled to Auburn, NY to take on the Spartans of Cayuga and came away with a hard fought 75-64 victory. The Cannoneers would start out slowly, find themselves in a quick hole, eventually gain momentum and be on top at halftime by the score of 41-38. The Cannoneers would play tough defense in the second half limiting the Spartans to only 26 points and securing the win.
Leading the way for the Cannoneers were Liam Bonk with 19 points, followed by Isiah Murphy with 18 points and Howard Turner and Josh Newman with 10 points apiece. The Cannoneers look to continue to improve their record in region play on Saturday against OCC.
