The Lady Cannoneers Trounce the Generals 18-4!

Last night at the General Brown High School Turf Field,  the Jefferson Lady Cannoneers defeated the visiting Herkimer County Generals 18-4.

Jefferson came out strong the first half with 4-0 lead. JCC led 9-3 with Erica Gardner generating the offense with 6 goals and 1 assists on the night. The team had 6 different goal scoreres in their win against Herkimer. Gabrielle Navarra forced 7 caused turnovers and had 7 groundballs along with 2 goals and 2 assists.  Caitlin Stone had 2 goals and 7 groundballs. Ashley Kirch had another outstanding performance between the pipes with 11 saves. The team is beginning to mesh at the right time with a 4-2 record.
