Kiernan scores her 2nd Hat Trick of the Season

Morgan Kiernan scored her 2nd "Hat Trick" of the season to lead the Lady Cannoneers to victory over Erie Community College and Niagara County Community College over the weekend. 

On Saturday the women's soccer team defeated Erie Community College 6-0.   Morgan Kiernan led the team with 3 goals, while Chiara Alteri, Kate Gehrke, and Mackenzie Orndorf each scored a goal for Jefferson.  Melissa Abbate, Kayla Brown, Heidi Bush, Kari Gehrke, and Paige Morgia each had an assist.

Amber Dibble had 11 saves in goal.

On Sunday, the Lady Cannoneers proved once again how strong their offense and defense is by defeating the visiting Niagara County Community College 5-0 on the Watertown High School turf field.

Morgan Kiernan led the team once again with 2 goals and 2 assists.  Melissa Abbate, Chiara Alteri, and Mackenzie Orndorf each scored a goal for Jefferson. 

Amber Dibble had 7 saves in goal.

The Jefferson Women's Soccer team will travel with the men on Thursday to Broome Community College, game time is set for 4:00 pm.
