The Lady Cannoneers Lose a Tough one on the Road.

The Jefferson Women's Soccer team faced another tough match-up last night against the Onondaga Lazers.  Bridget Field from Onondaga scored first but Olivia Barker, Adams, NY, was quick to answer with an unassisted goal of her own.  At the half, the scored was tied 1-1.  Then at the 82 minute mark of the second half, OCC scored and again Jefferson answered with a goal of their own from Annette Rishe, Potsdam, NY, assisted by Whitney Maitland, Woodville, NY.  Once again the Lady Cannoneers faced their opponent in overtime; but this time they lost the battle as Onondaga scored in the last second to give them the 3-2 win.

Katie Aldrich had 19 saves in goal.

The Lady Cannoneers travel to SUNY Delhi on Saturday for a 1:00 pm start.
