The Lady Cannoneers moved to 9-1 overall and 2-0 in the MSAC Conference with a win over Onondaga Community College on September 11th. The team beat OCC in 4 sets (25-12, 25-12, 27-29, 25-8). Marjorie Vazquez led the offensive charge with 12 kills while Allison Burrows added 5 kills, Alyssa Evans and Brooke Everson added 3 kills each. Kelsey Finster finished with 25 assists, Jenna Wilson tallied 19 digs, Nicole O'Connor added 8 digs, and Savanna Baker had 3 digs. Grace Gehrke had a strong night at the net with 4 blocks, Aliza Deasy finished with 3 service points and Abigail Sullivan chipped in 1 kill. The team travels to OCC on Saturday for the first round of Regional play against Corning, Broome, and Tompkins Cortland.
