Bryan Named Jefferson Athlete of the Week

Watertown, NY-freshman guard, Aydin Bryan of the Jefferson Community College (JCC) men’s basketball team, was named JCC athlete of the week for the week ending February 15, 2026. 

Bryan, 2025 graduate of Watertown High School, is majoring in Humanities and Social Sciences at Jefferson.  Aydin Bryan has been one of the most consistent players this season for the Cannoneers.  Whether he is starting or coming off the bench, Aydin gives 100% effort and gives the team a spark when needed.

For the month of February, Aydin is averaging 11.5 ppg and gives the Cannoneers an immediate scoring threat when he is in the game.  He also is one of the most positive players on the roster, constantly encouraging teammates to always do their best and himself striving to get better every time he steps on the court.  Aydin is a pleasure to coach, and we look forward to having him continue to contribute to the team as we close out the season.
