Coall Named Jefferson Athlete of the Week

Watertown, NY— Sophomore guard, Owen R. Coall, of the Jefferson Community College (JCC) men’s basketball team was named JCC athlete of the week for the week ending February 16, 2025. 

Coall, a 2022 graduate of John Forrest, Australia is majoring in Individual Studies at Jefferson.  Owen has been playing with injuries all season and helped the Cannoneers snap their losing streak with a home win over Finger Lakes by scoring 20 points in the 82-81 win.  Owen has captained the team and has kept working hard to keep the Cannoneer team moving forward to compete against opposing teams this semester.
