Netto Named Jefferson Athlete of the Week

Watertown, NY-Sophomore midfielder, Hannah M. Netto of the Jefferson Community College (JCC) women’s soccer team, was named JCC athlete of the week for the week ending November 2, 2025. 

Netto, a 2023 graduate of Immaculate Heart Central, is majoring in Humanities and Social Sciences at Jefferson.  Hannha is the Women’s Soccer final Athlete of the Week for the 2025 season. In post-season play Hannah recorded two crucial assists, all while putting in an outstanding defensive performance, to guide the Cannoneers to the Region 3 Final. In the final, her defensive efforts continued as she shut down her mark, an all-region first team player capable of scoring or assisting, keeping things even throughout the championship match. Through both games she covered every blade of grass and contributed significantly on both sides of the ball, earning her the AOTW award.
