Bio

Coach Terry joined the coaching staff of JCC Men’s Hockey from the start of the 2023/24 season.  He brought with him more than 25 years of coaching experience.  Coach Terry grew up in Annapolis, MD where he played soccer and lacrosse.  His experience in coaching includes soccer, lacrosse, and hockey from beginning levels through travel and collegiate levels.  

Coach Terry’s involvement with hockey in the North Country started with the Salmon River Ice Hockey Association and currently includes the Watertown Hockey Association, Unity Hockey Club, Ontario Bay Boys Varsity Hockey, and JCC Men’s Hockey.

Coach Terry has lived in the Jefferson County area for the last 10 years after returning from his two plus year deployment to Afghanistan with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.  He currently resides in Mannsville with his wife, Maria, who is native to the Watertown area.  They have one son, Aiden, who attends Sackets Harbor Central School and participates in soccer, hockey, and baseball at the Varsity level.
