Cannoneers Edge Cayuga in Thrilling 73–72 Victory

The Cannoneers hosted the Cayuga Spartans on Wednesday night and came away with a hard-fought 73-72 win.  The game would see the Spartans get out to a quick lead, only to see the Cannoneers claw back and never relinquish the lead.  The game would get close at the end, only to see the Cannoneers' Jaydon Koiner make clutch free throws to seal the victory.

Leading the way for the Cannoneers was Marcus Castine, who would score 17 of his 22 points in the second half.  Also contributing to the winning cause were Jaydon Koiner with 18 points, followed by Marcine Allen-Boutwell with 16 points.  Brandon Dodge also contributed 8 points.
