Jefferson Volleyball goes 1-2 in Onondaga CC Pod

On Saturday, September 15, 2012, the Jefferson Women's Volleyball team went 1-2 in the Onondaga Community Pod.  The Lady Cannoneers had to face the #1 Monroe Community College and #2 Alfred State.  Jefferson fought hard but were not able to overcome the 2 teams falling to Monroe, 25-21, 26-24, 25-15, and Alfred, 25-20, 25-16, 25-21.  The ended the day with a solid 3-0 victory over Finger Lakes Community College, 25-21, 25-20, 25-19.

Lahni Duffer led the Lady Cannoneers with 70 assists, 15 digs and 12 service points, while Ashley Capone added 23 points and 33 kills. 

JCC Volleyball will travel to Onondaga Community College on Wednesday.
