The Lady Cannoneers Finished 3-1 at their Home POD

The Lady Cannoneers finished 3-1 at home in four regional matches on Saturday, October 3rd.  They first defeated North Country Community College in three:  25-11, 25-12, and 25-6.  Next was a win against Columbia-Greene in three sets: 25-6, 25-4, and 25-6.  JCC then fell to Adirondack in four sets:  25-20, 14-25, 21-25, and 21-25. Finally, Jefferson defeated Hudson Valley in three sets:  25-10, 25-9, and 25-12. Jenna Scott finished with 47 digs and 63 service points while Miquella Farris added 50 digs and 13 kills.  Cassie Birth had a strong day with 48 kills, 38 service points, and 64 digs.  Alea Gentles compiled 25 kills, Kaety Hanlin added 14 kills and 23 service points, while Dia MacKay finished with 11 kills.  Grace Wallace added 19 kills and 31 digs and Chloe Stinebrickner had 115 assists and 18 service points.

JCC will play Cayuga at home this Wednesday, October 7th.  It is the annual "Pink Out" game and sophomores will be honored.  Come on out and support the girls!
