The Lady Cannoneers traveled to County College of Morris to compete in the Turkey Shoot-Out!

Saturday night's match up with the host team CCM,  found the Cannoneers in a comfortably paced game.  Jasmine Canady led the way for the Lady Cannoneers against Morris with 20 points. A very close game, that came down to execution and rebounding found the Cannoneers just five points shy to our Region 19 Division II opponents, falling to County College of Morris 53-48.

Sunday posed a quick turn around for the Cannoneers, and an entirely different opponent. Taller and much more athletic Gloucester CC used their height and athleticism to win two very important statistics in the rebound and free throw battles. A very tightly called game, and an off night from the floor for the Lady Cannoneers,  Gloucester pulled away and beat Jefferson. The Lady Cannoneers now look to the Thanksgiving Holiday for several days of rest and preparation heading into these very important final weeks of the semester.
