The Lady Cannoneers Win Tough Game on the Road Against Corning

Saturday posed to be one of the longest and most mentally and physically challenging road trips of the season. Always a tough road trip, the Lady Cannoneers found themselves battling their worst offensive showing of the year. Jasmine Canady led the offensive attack tallying 18 points. The Lady Cannoneers didn't let the slow offensive day hinder their overall game, turning in one of the best defensive performances of the year. Allowing just 39 total points, and holding Corning to 16 total points in the second half!

Kathleen Coloney and Alyssa Crosby dominated the glass notching 17 and 16 rebounds respectively. The Lady Cannoneers will a nice week of rest, and resume MSAC play January 25 at Broome CC.
