Facing off against MSAC foe Onondaga Community College and a matchup of two of the best teams in the Region The Lady Cannoneers took the floor seeking revenge for a loss less than a week prior to the championship matchup. The Lady Cannoneers set out to slow the game down, and lengthen their possession throughout the game. They were successful in doing so holding O.C.C to nearly 20 points less than their season average of 91 points per game. Held back by a slow start, and shooting performance The Lady Cannoneers couldn't recover dropping the Championship matchup 75-57.

Regonal Outlook:

The Jefferson Lady Cannoneers found out this past Sunday that they received a 3 seed in this year's Regional Tournament. This will be the first year since the 2004-05 season that The Lady Cannoneers will participate in the tournament. With a 3 seed The Lady Cannoneers face off against 6 seed Mohawk Valley Community College. Mohawk a familiar foe split with Jefferson this year facing off twice in a two week period this November. Mohawk is a very well coached and disciplined basketball team, the match up looks to be a great first round test for both teams!
