The Lady Cannoneers Start off Second Half With 2 Wins

The Lady Cannoneer's opened up their Mid-State Athletic Conference schedule at home this past Thursday with an impressive 105-42 win against Tompkins Cortland Community College. Kristin McGraw led the offensive blitz knocking down a school record 8 three point field goals, while tallying 28 points on the night. Sophomore Captain Alyssa Crosby recorded a triple double in yet another consistent performance scoring 19 points, grabbing 11 rebounds, and blocking 11 shots. Sophomore Captain Kathleen Coloney also notched a double double with 13 points and 12 rebounds on the night while Katie Brierton dished out 12 assists!

Sunday found the Lady Cannoneer on the road at Finger lakes Community College. The Lady Cannoneer's battled a very slow shooting day throughout the 40 minute contest. Behind a solid half court execution and knocking down free throws they pulled out a 64-52 road win. Sophomore Captains Kathleen Coloney and Alyssa Crosby led the way both notching double doubles. Coloney scored 22 points and grabbed 15 rebounds, while Crosby tallied 21 points and 12 rebounds on the day. The Lady Cannoneer's are home again on Tuesday facing off against Mid State foe Cayuga Community College.
