Jefferson Women's Basketball Volunteer at the Parkinson's Foundation Dinner

On October 16, 2015 the Jefferson Women's Basketball program volunteered at The Samaritan Summit Village. The girls helped work the Parkinson's Foundation Dinner by serving and bussing tables on the eve of their now annual Parkinson's Walk to help fund their fight against the disease. Rasheda Ali daughter of Heavyweight World Champion boxer Muhammad Ali spoke to the crowd about the warning signs, and daily struggles you encounter with the disease as a family. Afterwards the girls had the chance to meet Rasheda, and snap a quick picture.
