Cannoneers Compete at the NJCAA National Golf Tournament
The Cannoneers sent two representatives to the National Junior College Division III Golf tournament this past week that was held at Chatauqua Golf Course hosted by Jamestown Community College. Nathan Heller and Daniel O'Connell would represent the Cannoneers and come away with solid performances. Nate would have an OUTSTANDING tournament finishing in 11th place(out of 72 starters) and garnering ALL-AMERICAN status to end his career. Nate was solid throughout the 4-day event, finishing with a stroke average of 75.25 and a 4 day shot total of 301. Dan would also have a good showing to finish up his career as well, finishing in 44th place. Dan would finish the 4-day event with a stroke average of 84.5 and a 4-day shot total of 338.
