Congratulations to Coach Joshua Woodward for marking his 100th win as the Head Coach of the Jefferson Women's Basketball team on Saturday with a 70-37 win against SUNY Broome Community College. Sierra Fleming led with 24 points, while Breanna Cullers added 17 points and Madison Besaw contributed 14 points. Breanna Cullers and Paige Hamilton each pulled down 10 rebounds for Jefferson.
On Sunday the Lady Cannoneers welcomed the Finger Lakes Lady Lakers to Jefferson. It was a close game throughout, but Finger Lakes would prevail with a 64-48 win over Jefferson. Breanna Cullers led with 13 points 9 rebounds. While Madison Besaw and Sierra Fleming each added 12 and 11 points respectively.
Next up for the Jefferson Women's Basketball team will be at Tompkins-Cortland. Game time is set for 5:00 pm, tomorrow night.
