Bio
Kennady Amo brings a strong athletic and academic background to the women’s soccer program as the team's assistant coach. A four-year standout on the SUNY Oneonta Women’s Soccer team and a two-year member of the basketball program. She combines firsthand collegiate playing experience with a deep passion for the game.
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from SUNY Oneonta and is currently pursuing her masters in the same field. Her education gives her unique insight into athlete performance, health and wellness – key aspects she incorporates into her coaching style.
With a lifelong love for soccer, Kennady is committed to helping players grow both on and off the field. When Shes not coaching, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling and staying active through workouts.
