Bio
Kyle Parisi enters his 1st season as Jefferson Community College head coach after 4 seasons as an assistant coach. The Florida native has 6 years of coaching experience spanning across multiple levels to include Juco, Division 1 and Professional baseball. Under Head Coach Brandon Noble, Coach Parisi was responsible for the implementation of the Cannoneer’s strength and conditioning program, hitting, and baserunning.
Parisi started his coaching career in 2020 as a Volunteer Assistant Coach under Mike Martin Jr. Parisi was tasked with assisting in both performance and player development for the Seminoles. Due to the shortened COVID season, Parisi would return for a second season at FSU where the Seminoles posted a 33-10 record and made a trip to NCAA regionals in Oxford Mississippi.
In 2022 Parisi would start his professional coaching career as a video assistant coach for the Los Angeles Angels. Parisi was assigned to their AAA affiliate Salt Lake City Bees where he would be responsible for capturing in game and player data, reviewing biomechanics, and assisting the coaching staff on field.
In 2023 Parisi would then be hired as a performance coach for the Baltimore Orioles. Parisi was assigned to the Florida Complex League where he was responsible for developing and programming specific hitting drills and techniques, leading baserunning drills, and analyzing and capturing data through various forms of technology such as Hawkeye, Catapult and ForceDecks.
In August of 2023, Parisi was promoted to AAA Norfolk Tides where he was assigned as an assistant performance coach on Buck Brittons staff. Parisi played an important role as part of the performance staff where he assisted in the development of numerous top 100 prospects to include Jackosn Holliday and Colton Cowser. The Norfolk Tides would go on to finish with a 90-59 record 1st in the leagues East Division and became 2023 AAA National Champions. The Norfolk Tides were named the 2023 Minor League Team of the Year by Baseball American and Parisi was named 2023 MILB Performance Coach of the Year by Professional Baseball Strength and Conditioning Coaches Society.
Parisi earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise science from the United States Sports University. Parisi and his wife, Yulisa have one son.
