The Lady Cannoneers Suffer First Loss to Onondaga

The Cannoneers traveled to Onondaga to take on the #7 NJCAA Ranked Lazers for a Mid-State Conference Game.  It was a close game with 5 lead changes and 6 ties.  The  Lady Cannoneers went on a 10-0 run to end the half cutting the Lazers lead down to 3.  The Cannoneers led by Kori Nichol's 12 points in the 3rd quarter (Game High 27 points) took a 3-point lead heading into the 4th quarter.  Back and forth in the 4th quarter the Lazers tied the score with 2:55 remaining, costly turnovers by Jefferson and the Lazers going 7 for 8 from the free throw line down the stretch secured the 78-70 win for the Lady Lazers..

The Cannoneers were led by Nichols 27 points 5 assists, LaKaiya Butcher (14 points, 11 Rebounds), Daelynn Alcock (14 Points), and Delaney Wiley (13 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists
