Jefferson Women's Basketball Knocks Off #6 Onondaga

#6 NJCAA ranked Onondaga Lazers handed Jefferson its only loss of the season on November 18^th.  Since then, the Cannoneers have won 13 straight enter the game on Wednesday night.  The Lazers took an early 1^st quarter lead 20-18 before the Cannoneers outscored Onondaga 26-14 in the 2^nd to take a 10-point lead into the half.  Onondaga put on a run in the third quarter to take a 60-59 lead before the Cannoneers put on a run to take a 6-point lead heading into the 4^th quarter.  The Cannoneers out scored Onondaga 30-22 to pull of the upset of Lazers 94-80. 

LaKaiya Butcher led 5 Cannoneers in double figures with 30 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists, Kori Nichols added 15 points, Abby Raven 14, Daelynn Alcock 13 (7 Assists), and Delaney Wiley 11.  Paris Jones came in a gave the Cannoneers a boost with 8 points and 3 assists.   The win puts the Cannoneers streak at 14 games in a row and 19-1 on the season and 10-1 in the MSAC.
