Cannoneers Fall to Herkimer Generals

The Cannoneers put up a great fight against the nationally ranked #10 Herkimer County Generals on Saturday afternoon, only to fall by a score of 84-73.  It was a back and forth game with Herkimer leading 45-39 at half and the Cannoneers actually taking a lead in the second half.  Once again, the Cannoneers didn't execute when needed in the second half and it was their downfall.  Xzavier Brown had a huge game with 18 points, followed by Zaccheus Flowers with 12 and Caleb Green finishing with 9 points.  The Cannoneers are back in action this weekend as they host SUNY Adirondack and Hudson Valley Community College.
