Cannoneers Falter on the Road Against SUNY Broome

The Cannoneers traveled to Binghamton to face the Hornets of SUNY Broome and came up short by the score of 84-75.  The Cannoneers would jump out to a quick 7-0 lead, only to see the Hornets battle back and take a 43-33 lead into the locker room at halftime.  The Cannoneers would claw their way back, only to fall by the final score of the contest.  Leading the way for the Cannoneers was Shamell Ponds with 28 points.  Solid games were contributed by Machi Plummer with 17 points/7 rebounds and Kristan Lewis with 12 points/9 rebounds.
