Jefferson Honors Former Cannoneer and Corning Community College Men's Basketball Head Coach Isaac Bushey

Former Jefferson Cannoneer basketball player and now Head Coach of the Corning Red Barons Isaac Bushey was presented with his jersey on Saturday by Athletic Director Jeffrey Wiley and JCC Head Coach Joe Vaadi.

Isaac played in 6 games for the Cannoneers before being sidelined for the remainder of the season due to an injury.  While unable to play, he became a student-assitant to the Men's Basketball team for the rest of the season.  He then transferred to Hilbert College where he was captain of his team.  From there he started his coaching career at D'Youville College in Buffalo before taking on the Head Coaching position of the Men's Basketball team at Corning Community College.
