Cannoneers Lose Tough One in Overtime

The Cannoneers put up a great fight on Tuesday evening in their last game of the year, only to  come out on the short end of a 97-91 overtime defeat at the hands of the Broome Hornets.  The Cannoneers received balanced scoring and fought back form a double digit deficit in the second half to force overtime.  Leading the way for the Cannoneers was Natell Windley with 21 points followed by Javon Hunter with 19 and Caleb Green with 18.  Ismaeel Safo had his best game of the season as he scored 10 points and hauled in 15 rebounds.  This closes out the season for the Cannoneers.
